Rolfing, aka structural integration: A very unique modality for pain relief and restoring function and balance to the body. Having suffered a debilitating back injury years ago, I can personally attest to how well it works and I often recommend it to my clients once their case settles. Unfortunately, it is not covered by insurance (yet) as the insurance industry is incredibly outdated, so having to pay out of pocket prevents many people from undergoing this treatment.
