  • MoveU- The most entertaining and some of the best physical therapy advice around. They have a free Instagram page was loads of practical advice. They also have a paid membership program designed to help you strengthen your body and reduce pain which I can personally attest to as I'm a member of the membership program myself. 
  • Rolfing, aka structural integration: A very unique modality for pain relief and restoring function and balance to the body. Having suffered a debilitating back injury years ago, I can personally attest to how well it works and I often recommend it to my clients once their case settles. Unfortunately, it is not covered by insurance (yet) as the insurance industry is incredibly outdated, so having to pay out of pocket prevents many people from undergoing this treatment. This is also why I routinely recommend it to my clients that have suffered a soft tissue injury once the case settles and they have money to invest in their future health and wellbeing.
